DO YOU PROVIDE LIQUOR PERMITS?
We carry liquor liability insurance, but it will be up to you to apply for the FL AB&T One/Two/Three Day Permit here, the NC ABC Special Occasions Permit here or the SC Special Event License here. We are more than happy to help you with this process ahead of time, so we have everything that we need to serve your guests on your special day!
WHAT TYPE OF CERTIFICATIONS DO YOUR STAFF HAVE?
Everyone on staff are ServSafe Food Safety Manager certified, FL TiPS certified, NC ABC certified, and SC TiPS certified. We will always carry our certifications at your event to ensure that we will always follow the state procedures on serving alcohol or managing food operations on the premises.
DO YOU PROVIDE ALCOHOL?
We are not legally allowed to provide alcohol at any of our events. We can most certainly bring mixers, garnish, and any non-alcoholic component for your beverage selection, however. We work with our partners at Total Wine & More for our beer and wine concierge service, if you're interested in getting professional assistance with determining quantities and selection of your beer and wine menu.
