We're a team of restaurant industry professionals, who wanted to offer people a choice... a choice for better service at their next special event, so they wouldn't have to sweat over the details. Our team consists of a professional chef, a catering and marketing director, a foodie with an IT background, and seasoned industry leader. With our combined experiences in various industries, there isn't a special event that we can't tackle to have everything sailing smoothly.

Cynthia Howard
Founder & CEO
Hailing from Florida, Cynthia comes from a very diverse background of working in many different industries, such as the medical field, restaurants, hospitality, and real estate, to name a few. With 20 years of senior management roles under her belt and a B.S. in Psychology, she's the prime choice to lead this company. Her dynamic style of leadership keeps everyone engaged and focused while having fun while working. She loves to golf and travel when she has free time.

Sally Park
VP of Event Operations & Creative Director
Born in California and raised in the Carolinas, Sally brings a unique, creative flair to how our events flow and really brings the clients' vision to life. After doing a stint in the NC Army National Guard, she returned back into the restaurant and hospitality industry, where she worked her way up through the ranks. Server, Bartender, Line Cook, Barista, Area Supervisor, Restaurant General Manager... you name it, she's probably been in that position. She has served previously as the VP of Event Operations and Creative Director for another mobile bartending company; she's worked in the wedding industry for six years. When she's not working, she enjoys singing karaoke and going fishing.



Chris Downing
Executive Chef & Event Manager
From upstate New York, Chris has always had a passion for food. Her positive attitude is contagious in the kitchen and it's like watching a rock band on a stage when she's in her element. She's worked as a professional chef at prestigious colleges and universities, such as Cornell University and Belmont-Abbey College. She currently holds 3 A.A.S. degrees in Baking & Pastry Arts, Culinary Arts, and Hotel & Restaurant Management. When time allows, she loves to go fishing, bake, and play with her cat, Diggory.
Orianne Cretual
Social Media Consultant & Event Manager
Born in France, Orianne was raised with love and appreciation for the arts, entertainment, and fine cuisine. She is very adept in the French philosophy known as System D, which has shown us that she always completes her projects in a timely fashion, with full determination, and with elegance. She holds a B.S. in Public Relations, as well as a few Information Technology certifications. When she's free, she enjoys having a glass of wine in front of the fire or going hiking.


Molly (a.k.a Molly Moo)
Company Puppy/Mascot
Molly is the newest member of the CEP family and would like to introduce herself! She is a Scorpio, likes to give lots of cuddles, and enjoys sparring with her Sensei to learn ninja tricks. She might look small, but she is a sassy little spitfire! Molly likes to give us a lot of encouragement before we head out for events and greet us with enthusiasm when we return!
